CCTB290 ASP.NET for VB Level II
Tackle some of the more advanced concepts in ASP.NET using the Visual Basic.NET programming language. You’ll work through web services, database connectivity and security concepts of the ASP.NET platform. Additional topics include:
• Web Services, deployment and structure
• data providers, connections, commands.

• data readers, data adapters and datasets.
• the configuration file (web.config)
• authentication
Recommended: CCTB190 ASP.NET Level I and CCTB111 SQL Introduction I, equivalent courses or practical experience.
