CCTB620 ITIL® v3 Foundation course with Certification Exam

This exciting and dynamic three (3) day Instructor led classroom course introduces learners to the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver on business expectations. The Instructor utilizes an engaging approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice based on exercises related to a case study. This course also positions the student to successfully complete the associated ITIL certification exam included in the course and required for entry into future ITIL v3 Intermediate level courses. This course is two & three quarter days of instruction followed with an hour of exam preparation after the classroom course is completed and Exam immediately after that.
ITIL v3 best practice is composed of five core disciplines:
• Service Strategy
• Service Design
• Service Transition
• Service Operation
• Continual Service Improvement
These disciplines represent a service life cycle framework that further enhances alignment to the business while demonstrating business value, ROI and enabling IT to solve specific operational needs.
