Today’s leaders are increasingly adopting strengths-based practices to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. Identify your individual strengths and discover how to make the best use of them. Explore the theory of optimal experience known as flow, and assess your experience of flow in the workplace. Examine how job crafting, a process whereby employees redefine their jobs by integrating their strengths, motives, and passions, aligns with the strengths-based approach.
