CON370P Estimating II - Direct Costs
This course introduces and practices the methods of calculating the cost of materials, labour and equipment for various elements and trades in residential and commercial building construction and organizing of the information in detailed cost estimates. The course will apply both manual and computer spreadsheet calculations and students will create a general estimate spreadsheet using Excel in a standard construction industry format.
Purchase $5 print credits to complete assignments in this course.
