CON470P Estimating III - General Expense & Conceptual Estimating

This course expands on Estimating II to include indirect costs such as labour burden, overheads and fees and incorporates these into the detailed cost estimate formats. Students will prepare tenders for a simulated competitive bid tender closing. Methods and formats for preparation of conceptual building construction cost estimates and for the analysis of competitive quotes are included as well. Excel and manual spreadsheets will be used.
