CON495P Construction Delivery Systems
This course examines the matrix of construction delivery systems currently in use within the construction industry. Unit price, secured-cost contracts, cost plus, and management contracts will be identified and reviewed. Students will also be required to write and complete written expressions of interest and request for proposals. Contractual obligations and contract review will be incorporated into this course. Various CCDC documents will also be examined.
