Discover and develop a number of key manager’s and supervisor’s facilitation skills and strategies designed to involve and gain commitment from your staff in a variety of problem solving, decision making and improvement activities. Participants will learn the stages, guidelines and processes for facilitating group discussions and how to deal with a variety of challenges that arise from various types of initiatives.
