Helping to bring about change is a key facilitation role and skill set for managers & supervisors. Participants will be introduced to change management models along with a variety of powerful facilitation tools that can be used in the workplace with groups of staff for gathering and evaluating ideas and processes. Hands on application of these tools will be concluded with debriefings and discussions regarding opportunities and challenges when using each tool.
