The use of basic information and data is one the manager’s/supervisor’s most powerful tools in helping to identify the current status and need to bring about change. Discover how to identify, collect and use information and data to facilitate staff to more informed and productive decision making and action planning. Participants will learn a number of methods of how to collect, summarize, interpret and present information/data to facilitate discussions for issue identification, problem solving, decision making and action planning.
