A manager’s/supervisor’s facilitation skills play a vital role in the development and functioning of highly productive teams. Staff work groups and project teams present similar and different challenges which require a clear understanding and practical skills for starting, developing, managing and bringing closure to various initiatives. Participants will learn how to identify and manage group dynamics over time, and how to deal with the challenges and obstacles along the way.
