HOS132 Introduction to Wine-The Basics
The beautiful colours, the delicate aromas, the intricate flavours – that’s what wine is all about. Journey through the fascinating and rich world of wine. You will learn about the different wine regions and the varietals from those regions, as well as wine tasting techniques and how to choose a wine from a wine list. Feel at ease as you peruse the shelves of crisp to robust wines, and take that first sip with confidence. Your reward for taking this class will be enhanced wine knowledge and experience.
Prerequisite: Must be 18 years or older due to alcohol.
