HOS134 Caribbean Cuisine
Salt fish, Ackee, Jerk Chicken, curries — just a few traditional Caribbean dishes you’ll discover and prepare. You will learn through hands-on preparation and presentation of some of the best island dishes under the watchful eye of the instructor. You will also learn to identify quality ingredients and gain a basic knowledge of purchasing a variety of food products native to the islands.
