Come cork a few wine bottles to learn and explore such countries as France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Old world wines are a deservedly popular and time honoured choice for your cellar. In this class, you will learn to identify grape varieties, decipher wine labels and navigate confusing wine laws in order to better understand and appreciate these old world favorites, while enjoying a few sips of great wines.
Prerequisite: Must be 18 years or older.
