Known world round as a humble beverage, beer is so much more than "a cold one." Journey through an extraordinary history, one that may even predate bread. Not so humble now! You will learn about the different regions known for producing truly unique if not often imitated ales, lagers, pilsners and so on. Beer is recognized globally, but so little is known of its origins. Just as unique and vast as wines, "beers" are not so different. Learn the complexities of the different brews and learn to appreciate the many facets this brilliant libation has to offer. Tasting is only the beginning...
