HOS200 Canadian Flavours

Canadian cooking represents a blend of different cuisines — British, French, and American fused together with indigenous Canadian techniques and ingredients. Through lecture, demonstration, and hands-on experience, you will learn about truly Canadian ingredients and flavour combinations and how to make a variety traditional dishes. Authentic Canadian ingredients and flavours will be highlighted — game meat, fish, berries, maple, mushrooms, and more.
