If you have taken our BBQ Basics class or even if you just think your barbecuing skills are basic, here’s a way to branch out. Our chefs will share their secrets to success when it comes to the outdoor grill and the backyard BBQ party! Tasty grilled appetizers accompanied by cool refreshments are always a great start to an event and we can help you through the challenges. Proper marinating techniques along with seasoning secrets and temperature control can definitely improve your grilled favourites. You will learn the art of grilling through demonstrations from our culinary instructors and hands-on practice.
