Versatile and healthy – chicken is a great foundation for a meal. Once you learn how to organize yourself in the kitchen, preparing a complete chicken meal is a snap. You’ll have hands-on practice with the techniques and recipes as you prepare soups, salads, accompaniments, sauces and dessert under the guidance of a trained instructor. Flavour pairings and wine matching will be discussed in the comfort of the professional NAIT kitchens. At the end of the course, you’ll try your hand at preparing a complete four-course chicken meal.
