HOS307 Meals from Start to Finish: All About Chicken
Versatile and healthy – chicken is a great foundation for a meal. Once you learn how to organize yourself in the kitchen, preparing a complete chicken meal is a snap. You’ll have hands-on practice with the techniques and recipes as you prepare soups, salads, accompaniments, sauces and dessert under the guidance of a trained instructor. Flavour pairings, and even wine matching, will be discussed in the comfort of the professional NAIT kitchens. At the end of the course you’ll try your hand at preparing a complete four-course chicken meal.
