Enhance your knowledge about pasta making techniques. Through hands-on preparation, you will learn to create a variety of stuffed pastas, from making the filling, to cooking and matching with appropriate sauces. In addition to the uses and names of various stuffed pastas, sauce and flavour matching will also be taught.
