HOS313 Tour of Asia: Chinese, Japanese & Malaysian Cooking
Take a sensory journey through Asia and learn the ancient culinary traditions through hands-on practice. Begin your study with a brief introduction to three different regions (China, Japan and Malaysia) from times past to the modern era. The tour will introduce ingredients, techniques, practices, flavours, aromas and the similarities and differences between the cultures comprising Asian cuisine.
