Get swept away with Mediterranean culinary delights. Discover the characteristic similarities and differences between Greek and Turkish fare while exploring the unique food customs. In this class, you will learn about the historical, social, and geographical aspects of the Mediterranean region, along with their specific cooking techniques. Through lectures, demonstrations and hands-on participation, you will acquire the skills to replicate a Mediterranean feast for your next dinner party theme.
