HOS316 Tour of India: Basics, Essentials & Regional Cuisine

Take a blissful journey through India and learn about the ancient culinary traditions through hands-on practice. Your cooking experience will begin with these regions in India: Punjab, Andhra, Bengal, Goa, Bujarat, Hyderabad, South India Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. This tour will introduce ingredients, Indian pantry essentials, techniques, and practices. You will enjoy various flavors as well as vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights.
