HOS520 Italian Meat & Seafood
Enjoy the salty, the smoky, the spicy and the savoury. In this course you will be introduced to the basic Italian meats, including mortadella, capocolli, pepperoni, salami, pancetta, prosciutto, among other selections, as well as the seafood typically used in the region. You will also receive a collection of traditional recipes and different uses and preparations.
