HOS530 Italian Cheese & Deli

Join us for this incredible Italian cheese and deli experience. You will learn the properties and uses of all of the different cheeses, such as fontina, gorgonzola, grana padano, mascarpone, mozzarella, parmegiano, pecorino, provolone, and ricotta. Also, learn about other important Italian deli staples like olives, oils and vinegars, antipastos, salads and packaged and canned foods.
