The cuisine of Calabria has been highly affected by the constant conquerors and visitors of the region’s history. The Arabs, Cistercian monks, the French, and the Spanish have all had some influence on the cuisine of the region, and you’ll notice how seafood proliferates in the cuisine due to its coast line. You will have a culinary experience while cooking some of the famous regional dishes.
