Infection control is a hot topic across the world and demands attention in any health care profession. Learn about the basics, including transmission of microorganisms, immunization practices for healthcare workers, blood-borne pathogens (Hepatitis and HIV), SARS, standard precautions, isolation procedures, sterilization and disinfection, safety and WHMIS.
