JRSB120 Principles of Management

JRSB 120 introduces the student to the key principles of management in contemporary business environments: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. These principles are examined from the perspective of the manager, and are elaborated upon using case studies, small group and class discussions, as well as course projects and assignments. Moreover, the student will learn how these four principles work in an integrated fashion to create a solid foundation for best management practices in the business firm.
