LMC101 World Class Fundamentals

Creating a world class organization is a journey, not a destination! Find out what today's world class businesses are doing to become winners, taking on the world's best and outperforming the competition. Students will explore in-depth the six broad business characteristics that are consistent with thriving, world class companies; customer success, quality, continuous improvement, employee involvement, supply chain excellence, and integrity.

Students will learn how world class companies never compromise on quality and integrity, always pursue continuous improvement, consistently involve their employees and strive for customer success. Examples of important study topics include:

• employee empowerment

• win-win co-determination

• ten ingredients of successful teams

• high performance and quick response

• change management and new paradigms.
