MIT17 Millwright Fundamentals Part 3

This course is an introduction to the Millwright trade covering material selected from within the course outline for Millwright Apprenticeship Training.

This course exposes the student to the fundamentals of rotary and reciprocating machinery found in the industry. Topics include: Centrifugal Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Reciprocating Compressors, and Steam and Gas Turbines. The course contains lecture delivery with some lab assignments.

Prerequisites: Currently associated with an industrial operation or a strong interest in learning about the Millwright Trade.
