MM551 Introduction to Autobody Repair
Learn basic autobody repair techniques! This course is designed for the hobbyist or car enthusiast interested in repairing minor defects or undertaking restoration projects. Key topics that will be addressed include:
• how to manipulate metal to various shapes
• the art of metal shrinking and stretching
• how to create crown or design lines
• how to pick and fill panels to complete a pure metal repair to a panel
• repair techniques using cold fillers, up to and including the primer stage.
