OHSD2105 - Training and Development
Employee education, orientation and training are essential components of an effective health and safety management program. Students develop components of an OHS education and training program to meet the needs of an organization based on adult education principles, needs assessments, training matrices, and delivery content.
This course is available to students in the Occupational Health and Safety program. Prerequisite: OHSD1206. Co-requisite: OHSD2102.
