OHSD2204 - Making a Case for Change
Successful OH&S Management is more than enforcing legislation and company policies and procedures. The successful OH&S professional is a change agent and must be skilled in the art and science of influencing and assisting organizations and people to effect change. Using case studies students will develop and defend a proposal for implementation of change within an organization.
This course is available to students in the Occupational Health and Safety program. Prerequisite: OHSD2104. Corequisite: OHSD2202.
