PIP14 Blueprint Reading - Piping Trades
Can you read a mechanical blueprint? If you are in the pipe trades or related work and have no experience or minimal experience with reading mechanical blueprints, then this course is for you. No training or experience in drafting fundamentals is required. Students will learn to interpret blueprints and draw isometric piping spools. Additional study topics include:
• isometric and orthographic piping drawings
• interpretation of symbols and abbreviations
• conventional drafting terms
