PMC102 Productivity Improvement

Explore the wide world of productivity improvement. Students will learn how to apply a six-step process improvement strategy and how to apply the necessary steps to plan and manage a typical project. Students will also discuss and examine the need for continuous quality improvement in the global marketplace, how to identify barriers to project success and how to build cooperative relationships.

The benefits of achieving customer satisfaction will also be highlighted. Students will review and discuss the need to achieve client satisfaction and learn to apply a proven, inside-out approach that will lead to client satisfaction.
