PMC103 Team-Building & Facilitative Leadership

Build your team-building skills and get to know what facilitative leadership really means. This course will serve as a reality check for you and help you assess and develop your team-building and leadership qualities. Among other topics, students will learn to:

• plan and conduct effective meetings

• assist in the formation of teams

• identify sources of team conflict

• learn how to resolve team conflict

• apply team oriented problem-solving techniques
