PMC104 Project Scope Management

Zoom in on the scope of each your projects. Learn how to develop a project charter, review the parameters and principles for each project, and create a project initiation checklist. Students will also learn to recognize the differences between internal projects and those managed through formal procurement processes, such as a request for quotation/proposal (RFQ/RFP).

Each student will develop a typical project charter that will outline: rationale, benefits, purpose, key deliverables based on the work breakdown structure, project organization, assumptions, constraints, formal acceptance procedures, scope change control, scope verification, and lessons learned.
