PMC110 Project Quality Management

Get to know the real meaning of Project Quality Management! Students will learn about quality concepts, quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement. Classroom discussions and materials provide an in-depth look at the many critical processes needed to ensure all project objectives are met. Additional study topics include:

• seven quality control tools

• application of quality control tools to address issues

• quality environment

• relationships between ISO 9000, the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award (U.S.) and the Canada Awards for Excellence presented by the National Quality Institute
