PMC112 Project Human Resource Management

Your projects deserve excellent HR performance. The ability to lead, manage, motivate and organize people is critical to project success; this course will help you achieve your HR goals in a project management context. Organizational planning is emphasized, including assignment of project roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships. Staffing issues are also addressed, including job evaluation, recruitment, selection, orientation, goal setting and performance management. Additional topics include:
