Course Overview

Upon successful completion of this course, you will have more proficiency in using modern digital cloud tools to author and centralize your project management documentation.

You will practice developing, publishing, and reporting project documentation and project schedules in digital format. You will use collaborative work manager tools to track tasks in a central location and report your task progress to teammates. You will study the value of good metadata, and understand how metadata can impact stakeholder confidence in project documentation.

You will experience different methods of viewing resource workloads, task assignments, and identifying overallocations that need resolution. You will practice various approaches to displaying task and assignment details, applying task constraints, and embedding support documentation with your metadata details.
