QAC103A Quality Manual

Learn how to write a quality manual. In order to effectively implement a quality management system, your organization will need a well-written quality manual. Students will learn the vital role played by quality practitioners in guiding the organization towards creating and using the quality manual.

Students will also discover how important it is for quality practitioners to fully understand the organization's quality policies, its quality management structure, and all the processes that affect product and service quality. With these understandings, the quality manual can be written to effectively meet the needs of the organization and the relevant quality standards. Study topics include:

• understanding the purposes of having a quality manual

• choosing the quality manual format

• writing the quality manual

• writing documented procedures (sample) in accordance with the quality manual
