RIM101 Records & Information Management Systems

This is an introductory records management course that presents the principles related to the organization such as retrieval, storage, retention and protection of business records. Emphasis is placed on creating classification systems, active and inactive records management, records centre planning, design and management, micrographics, disaster and contingency planning, project scoping and feasibility planning.

Recommended: Office Administration Diploma or related work experience.
