SDC401 Effective Leadership Skills
Participants will be able to identify the traits and styles of effective leaders through the study of leadership theories. Opportunities will be provided for the student to develop essential leadership skills through study, participation, and observation of the application of these skills. The course encourages participants to develop their leadership potential and to engage in productive leadership behaviour.
