BTCM4410 - Applications in Building Information Modeling
This course introduces the fundamentals of applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices to the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) design processes and the stages of estimating/defining the requirements of a construction project. Specific focus on BIM as a management tool during construction project delivery will be examined, using hypothetical and actual construction projects and scenarios.
This course is available to students in the Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management program. Prerequisite: BTCM3270.
