HOST2240 - Bar and Beverage Service
Beverage operations make up a significant portion of hospitality revenue. To give students background knowledge in this facet of the business, we examine wines, beers and spirits from their production, to proper care and handling, to correct service techniques. Alberta liquor legislation as it applies to beverage outlet practices is examined.
Prerequisites: HOST1240, TOUR1300. This course is available to Open Studies students.
