This is a form for staff to book videos, DVDs, and other media that the Library has in its collection. Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive confirmation within two business days, please contact the AV Desk to check the status of your request. Please submit booking requests at least one week prior to media check-out.
