NAIT’s Baking and Pastry Arts program graduates are in high demand and are recognized nationally for their expertise, self-confidence, flexibility and skills. Grads are employed at in-store and retail bakeries, food service operations and industrial manufacturers, as well as specialty shops such as artisanal bakeries and pastry, chocolate and confectionary operations.
