  • Students are trained for the Customer Service Representative role in retail banks.
  • Beyond the CSR role, graduates have been promoted to various areas within an organization.  These areas include administrative, lending, investment, and management positions.

What are the courses like?

  • Banking Lab is a hands-on course in a simulated bank environment.  Students develop and practice the skills required by employers in the banking industry.
  • The program also includes some of the Business Administration courses. (See course listing under Program Details)

Is a Work Placement part of this program?

  • Yes, students who successfully complete their courses are eligible to participate in a four-week Work Placement at a financial institution.
  • The Work Placement is unpaid but it gives students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

What opportunities are available for graduates who would like to further their education?

  • Graduates are eligible to enter Business Administration with advanced credit.
