Records Management and Business Operations

Records Management and Business Operations is a new program in the JR Shaw School of Business.

The program maintains elements from the Office and Records Administration  program but gives graduates the ability to follow dual career options. In response to market needs, Records Management and Business Operations  has been designed to provide students with industry-appropriate education in records management and business administration.

The knowledge and skills acquired through this program are essential for business professionals.

A diploma in Records Management and Business Operations equips you with very specific skills necessary to manage the ever-expanding area of records management and efficient business operations. Graduates develop strong business operations skills with advanced knowledge of records information management.
