Students develop the skills to communicate and liaise between business stakeholders and IT developers, and they have the ability to engage in comprehensive requirement gathering and analysis, rigorous documentation and structured testing and quality assurance.
All core courses in the Business Analyst Certificate program are endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
