Overview
The Professional Sales Certificate Program is a six course post-secondary credit certificate designed to provide students with all the fundamental skills, knowledge and attitudes needed for success in an entry-level sales position. The six courses match the key competencies and tasks identified by CPSA in cooperation with Human Resources Development Canada.
