Whatever your reason is, the ESL courses can help you acquire the skills you need. The ESL program model allows you to improve your abilities through interaction with a diverse group of instructors and students. You will learn to read, listen, speak and write effectively.
Your first step is to complete the placement test to determine at which ESL level you need to start. The placement test fee is $50.00*. The results are valid for four months.
* International student tuition includes the placement test fee.
Funding
Alberta Works Grant Funding for the NAIT ESL Program is now available for domestic students. Applications can be made at the Financial Aid Office in Room O-111, Main Campus.
